Radiology Imaging Associates
(R.I.A.) is
physician owned and operated, and has offered comprehensive
imaging services in the southern Maryland area since 1977 and
in northern Virginia since 1986. R.I.A.'s radiology
group consists of twelve board-certified radiologists and a staff
of 200+ technologists and support personnel.
Comprehensive imaging programs at R.I.A.'s outpatient
imaging centers include MRI, open MRI, CT, PET scanning, sonography
(including 4-D), nuclear medicine, mammography (including Computer-Aided-Detection,
CAD, digital mammography, and interventional breast procedures), bone densitometry
(DEXA), fluoroscopy, plain film x-ray, interventional procedures
including biopsy, myelography, hysterosalpingography, and other
services.
We hope that visitors to our Web site, including
patients and physicians, will benefit from the ability to access
information about our locations and the procedures that are available
at each imaging center. In addition, we host employment information,
and brief introductions to our staff.
